Envision Property Services exists for a single purpose: to protect rental properties through proactive, standardized maintenance. Our flagship offering is the Preventative Maintenance Plan (PMP)—a structured system of routine inspections and preventative oversight designed to catch small issues before they become expensive problems.
Our central goal is to enable proactive, preventative maintenance that reduces long-term risk and costly repairs. We take pride in providing professional, neutral, and consistently documented oversight property owners and managers can trust.
Our Services
Basic Maintenance Plan
The Basic Maintenance Plan combines routine inspections, standardized reporting, and built-in preventative maintenance items—provided at no additional cost—to reduce long-term repair risk.
Occupied Rental Surveys
We conduct twice-yearly occupied property surveys, delivered by CRCA-certified analysts and documented through a detailed, standardized Rental Property Condition Report.
Move-in Move-out Surveys
Move-in and move-out surveys capture a clear condition baseline, include 360° photo documentation, and are completed by CRCA-certified analysts using a standardized Rental Property Condition Report.
Drive-by & Security Checks
Periodic exterior drive-by checks to verify property security, visible condition, and signs of concern, with documented observations provided to support proactive follow-up when needed.
About Envision
Envision Property Services was built through experience.
Envision grew from exterior cleaning services to a conglomerate of specialized Envision home service brands. Along the way, we saw that most costly repairs begin as small, overlooked issues. We intentionally refocused our services on standardized rental inspections and preventative maintenance through the Basic Maintenance Plan—helping owners and property managers reduce risk and protect long-term property value.

Matt was very responsive and professional. I've been concerned about mold in my home and although it's not visible the test did show some in my bonus room. I'm having Envision back in May to treat with their fog method and am happy that my concerns can be at rest! 🙂
