About Envision Property Services

Envision Property Services was built through experience.

What began as exterior property services—roof and gutter cleaning—expanded over time into pressure washing, construction, remodels, interior design and staging, garage doors, and real estate services. Along the way, we worked closely with homeowners, investors, and property managers across every stage of the property lifecycle.

That breadth of experience led to a clear realization: most costly property problems don’t come from neglect or poor intentions. They come from missed warning signs, inconsistent oversight, and reactive maintenance—small issues that go unnoticed until they become expensive, disruptive repairs.

Rather than continuing to expand outward, we made a deliberate decision to focus inward on the area where we could have the greatest impact: standardized rental inspections and preventative maintenance. The market needed clearer documentation, stronger standards, and a more proactive approach to property care.

Today, Envision Property Services exists for one purpose—to deliver consistent, neutral property oversight through the Basic Maintenance Plan, helping owners and property managers reduce risk, prevent costly repairs, and preserve long-term property value.

Our background across construction, maintenance, and real estate informs everything we do—but our focus is intentional and singular.

Preserving properties. Preventing problems.

About the Owner

Michael Moikeha

Father | Husband | Founder
Agent | Contractor | Investor

Michael’s life is anchored first and foremost at home. He is a husband and father of three, and family is the lens through which he measures success. Creating stability, acting with integrity, and building things that last are daily responsibilities. Home, in every sense of the word, is something to be protected, stewarded, and cared for intentionally.

The work he does and the systems he builds are shaped by a deep respect for stewardship and the belief that what is created today should endure tomorrow.

Michael’s professional path reflects that same discipline. He began his career in the U.S. Army as an Orthopedic Specialist, where precision, accountability, and care for others were non-negotiable. He later transitioned into real estate and entrepreneurship—buying, renovating, and selling homes; building and exiting multiple businesses; and investing across the real estate ecosystem. Being both the owner writing the checks and the operator responsible for outcomes shaped a grounded perspective on quality, standards, and long-term value.

Michael believes strong systems create stability—for families, businesses, and communities. His approach favors focus over expansion and intention over scale.

“Do fewer things, do them well, and build something that lasts.”
